For the packaging of different parts of the paper machine:
- The paper machine frame will be packed with plastic foam.
- Paper machine accessories parts will be packed in wooden cases, with very small parts packed in cartons.
- Paper pulping machine will be packed in waterproof PVC film, and then outside packed in wooden cases.
The packaging process will involve:
1. Securing all movable parts with plastic films.
2. Wrapping polystyrene foam plates around the machine.
3. Wrapping the machine tightly with plastic films in several layers.
4. Fixing the machine on a fumigated plywood pallet with iron wire.
5. Wrapping wooden boards around the machine and nailing them securely in place.
