This paper making machine is specially designed for producing high-strength corrugated paper as well as various types of cultural and office papers such as A4 copy paper, printing paper, writing paper, and exercise books. It supports the use of renewable raw materials including bamboo, sugarcane bagasse, wood pulp, and waste paper, promoting sustainable recycling and eco-friendly manufacturing.
1. Brief Introduction:
The paper machine has a net paper width of 3800mm and is primarily used for producing high-strength corrugated paper. It consists of the following main parts: Headbox, Fourdrinier Wire Section, Press Section, Front Dryer Section, Beveled Surface Sizing Machine, Back Dryer Section, and Reeling Section.
2. Headbox:
An air-cushion headbox that controls and stabilizes the pulping pressure head by regulating the gas pressure inside the headbox.
3. Wire Section:
Single fourdrinier wire section comprising components such as breast roll, forming plate, dehydration board, vacuum box, vacuum couch roll, wire-driving rollers, wire-guiding roll, and rack. Equipped with a forming wire.
4. Press Section:
Divided into 1st press and 2nd press. The 1st press features a large diameter roll with a vacuum suction roller, two coating metal rollers, upper and lower felts, leading felt roller, and felt suction box. Pressurized using oil hydraulic cylinder pressure. The 2nd press also includes large diameter rolls, coating metal rollers, upper and lower felts, leading felt roller, and felt suction box.
5. Front Dryer Section:
Consists of 1800 dryer cylinders with group drive, dryer wire, wire-guiding roll, and semi-enclosed gas hood.
6. Beveled Surface Sizing Machine:
Equipped with a surface chrome-plated metal roller, coating metal roller, and pressurized using corrugated tire pressure.
7. Back Dryer Section:
Includes 1800 dryer cylinders with group drive, dryer wire, carrier roll, and semi-enclosed hood.
8. Reeling Section:
Features a pneumatic horizontal reeling machine for winding the finished paper rolls.
